  1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may processed in a limited proportionate and lawful manner for the following purposes:

  • Conducting company activities in compliance with applicable legislation
  • Managing communication processes with customers, suppliers and business partners
  • Carrying out offer, contract, sales and related commercial purposes
  • Managing after-sales support and commercial communications
  • Performing finance, accounting and invoicing operations
  • Managing Human Resources processes (limited to recruiting and employment-related activities)
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized public authorities

TARGET does not conduct automated decision-making, profiling, behavioral analysis or any processing that produces legal or similar effects on individuals.

  1. Categories of Processed Personal Data

Depending on the nature of the relationship, the following limited categories of personal data may be processed:

  • Identity Information: Name, surname
  • Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, business address
  • Professional Information: Company name, job title, resume (only within recruitment processes)
  • Financial Information: Data limited to invoicing
  • Request and Communication Records: Requests, complaints and correspondence content

TARGET does not request or process passwords, special categories of personal data, biometric data, health data or financial card/security information.

  1. Collection Methods

Your personal data are collected through:

  • E-mail, telephone and face-to-face communication channels
  • Contracts, quotation processes and commercial correspondence
  • Contact forms submitted via the company website
  • Visitor registration records during physical visits

Data are collected through non-automated or partially automated methods.

  1. Legal Grounds for Processing

Personal data are processed in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK based on the following legal grounds:

  • Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract
  • Processing mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
  • Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

Explicit consent is obtained only where legally required. 

  1. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, only when necessary and in compliance with legislation with:

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations
  • Legal, financial and technical consultants
  • Suppliers and service providers within the scope of contractual relationships

Personal data are not transferred arbitrarily, for purposes beyond their scope or for commercial gain.

  1. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data are processed
  • Request information if their personal data have been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in accordance with that purpose
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data under legal conditions
  • Claim compensation in case of damage arising from unlawful processing
